Our featured artist this month is Michelle Ariel Moreno she makes beautiful crocheted bamboo necklaces with precious stones, here is her artist statement:

Love is the way out and the way in! I believe love is the underlying solution for everything. Love can be found everywhere and within everything if one only knows where to look to find it.

I found my passionate love for crystals/crochet/jewelry/angels/people/animals early on in my childhood years but admittedly became distracted by life when moving from Sacramento, CA to San Luis Obispo, CA to eventually graduate from Cal Poly in Animal Science. I've since moved to Santa Barbara, CA after 9 years living in SLO to begin a new chapter in my life once I realized something still was missing. Slowly, but surely, my childhood passions and a love once lost came back into full swing.

Nowadays, I'm finally ready to help pass on to others these loving energies from my passions and hobbies. My hope is for us to help keep up the chain reaction of spreading love to each other, the animals, the plants, and to all the beautiful crystals/stones around the world.

I cleanse/smudge every finished piece that I make with White Sage and follow with Palo Santo wood to help charge and fill the newly cleared voids with positively loving vibes to begin helping guide you in your life.

We will also have local intuitive and baker Debra Dickson doing personal Tarot Card Chakra readings. Plus Harry Farmer doing personal Astrology readings.

And of course live music by local gypsy folk crooner Anthony Roselli. Fun for the whole family! So come on down to support your local artisans!
